9VA ("Company", "we", "us") operates the website at 9va.in ("Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects from visitors, how it is used, and who it is shared with. This Policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
This Policy covers only the Site. It does not cover client data processed under a signed consulting engagement, or data processed within ASTRA, BizCollect or PRANA once deployed for a client — those are governed by the relevant client contract and, where applicable, that product's own policy.
The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or visitor tracking. The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the contact form on the Contact page:

Enquiry emails are retained in 9VA's mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship or respond to your request, and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or on request (see Section 7).
Submissions are sent over an encrypted (TLS) connection, and access to the inbox receiving them is restricted to authorized 9VA team members. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
