1. Introduction

9VA ("Company", "we", "us") operates the website at 9va.in ("Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects from visitors, how it is used, and who it is shared with. This Policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

This Policy covers only the Site. It does not cover client data processed under a signed consulting engagement, or data processed within ASTRA, BizCollect or PRANA once deployed for a client — those are governed by the relevant client contract and, where applicable, that product's own policy.

2. Information We Collect

The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or visitor tracking. The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the contact form on the Contact page:

• Full name and email address
• Organization name and role or title (optional)
• The path you select (e.g. Strategy Session, Product Demo, Partnership, Careers) and any message you write

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends Google your IP address and browser information as part of that standard request, as it would for any externally hosted resource.

3. How We Use It

We use the information you submit to:

• Route your enquiry to the right person at 9VA and respond to it
• Keep a record of the conversation for our own reference
• Comply with applicable legal obligations, where relevant

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party.

4. Sharing of Information

Your contact form submission is shared only with:

• Web3Forms — a third-party form-delivery service that transmits your submission to 9VA's inbox. Web3Forms does not require an account from you and acts solely as a delivery mechanism.
• Regulatory authorities — only if legally required to disclose information to law enforcement or a competent authority.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Enquiry emails are retained in 9VA's mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship or respond to your request, and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or on request (see Section 7).

6. Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted (TLS) connection, and access to the inbox receiving them is restricted to authorized 9VA team members. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request that we delete information you've submitted
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 9)

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites (for example, Web3Forms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their own policies.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; where a change is significant, we will note it prominently on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
