By accessing or using the website at 9va.in ("Site"), operated by 9VA ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to your use of this website. They do not govern any consulting engagement, product license, or service agreement with 9VA — those are governed by their own signed contract.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes — to help you learn about 9VA, our consulting practices, and our products (ASTRA, BizCollect and PRANA). You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its normal operation
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact form
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, diagrams and the 9VA, ASTRA, BizCollect and PRANA names and marks — is owned by 9VA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Content on the Site — including case studies, insights, and product descriptions — is provided for general information only and does not constitute consulting, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Case studies and figures are illustrative of past engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other organization. Any specific advice is provided only under a separate signed engagement.

5. Third-Party Services

The Site uses Web3Forms to process contact form submissions and Google Fonts to load typography. Your use of these third-party services through the Site is subject to their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; where a change is significant, we will note it prominently on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
